Lead the design, development, validation, and production release of exterior handles, latches, and/or strikers. Manage mechanical and electrical component integration, CAD packaging, BOM, and engineering changes. Coordinate DVP&R testing and support prototype and production builds. Work with suppliers and cross-functional teams to resolve technical and quality issues. Support assembly plants and field/warranty investigations, including root cause analysis. Manage CAD models in Teamcenter and drive cost, weight, and performance improvements. Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent from an ABET-accredited or equivalent program. Minimum 2 years of design, release, and CAD packaging experience. Experience releasing both mechanical and electrical components. Experience with handles, latches, strikers, or automotive mechatronic components is preferred. Strong communication, leadership, teamwork, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency with standard Microsoft Office and database applications. Exigences

Requires a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering and at least 2 years of experience in design, release, and CAD packaging. Experience with automotive mechatronic components and proficiency in Teamcenter is preferred.
