Shape the Future with Us As the Senior HR Analyst, ServiceNow, you’ll play a key role in advancing the future of HR service delivery at Seneca. Working at the intersection of HR, technology, and employee experience, you’ll design, configure, and enhance ServiceNow HRSD solutions that align with evolving business needs. Through your expertise in workflows, access management, integrations, testing, and system improvements, you’ll help ensure the platform remains secure, reliable, scalable, and focused on delivering efficient, user-centered HR services. Your Impact Matters You will bring leadership and expertise across HR systems, analytics, and service delivery Lead the design, configuration and development of ServiceNow HRSD components, including HR services, record producers, catalogue items, lifecycle events. case templates, assignments rules, SLAs, forms, fields and notifications. aligned with business priorities Build and maintain automation using ServiceNow tools such as Flow Designer, business rules, UI policies, client scripts, and approval workflows. Act as a subject matter expert in HR systems, supporting full lifecycle activities including discovery, configuration, testing, and post-implementation support Maintain and optimize HR technology platforms, ensuring data integrity, quality assurance, and reliable system performance Develop complex reports and dashboards, translating data into actionable insights for HR and business leaders Partner with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable system enhancements Support system integrations, troubleshooting risks and resolving issues across platforms such as PeopleSoft and ServiceNow Lead system updates, change control processes, and automation initiatives to improve efficiency and service delivery Conduct root cause analysis and drive continuous improvement to address employee and system issues Stay informed on emerging HR technologies and industry best practices to enhance service delivery capabilities What You Bring to Seneca Post-secondary diploma or degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent combination of education and experience) Minimum 2+ years of experience in HR systems, HR technology, or related environments Hands-on experience configuring and supporting ServiceNow HRSD in a production environment Strong experience in HR system configuration, testing, reporting, and system enhancement Knowledge of data validation, reconciliation, and integrations across HR platforms (e.g., PeopleSoft) Ability to design and implement automated processes and reporting solutions Experience supporting end-to-end system lifecycle activities (design, build, test, deploy, support) Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions Excellent collaboration and communication skills to work across HR, IT, and leadership stakeholders Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, evolving environment Commitment to continuous improvement and innovation in HR service delivery Exposure to change management, system transformation, or large-scale HR implementations ServiceNow HRSD certification or equivalent experience is considered an asset Experience in post-secondary, public sector, or unionized environments is considered an asset Join Our Team Joining Seneca as a Senior HR Analyst, ServiceNow means more than delivering systems—it means shaping how employees experience HR services every day. Faculty & Teaching Positions For professor positions, we require copies of official transcripts directly from the issuing institution or credential evaluation from World Education Services (WES) or International Credential Assessment Service (ICAS). However, we recommend that candidates gather any supporting documentation (e.g., unofficial transcripts, scan of credentials) in advance to support their applications in the event that they are successful in the hiring process. The compensation step will be determined based on receiving and verifying relevant formal education through official transcripts and relevant work experience, in accordance with the salary placement calculation process.
