Responsibilities: * Build and maintain positive, professional relationships with clients, their families, and care team members through clear and compassionate communication. * Assist clients with personal care activities while promoting dignity, comfort, and independence. * Assist with Instrumental Activities of Daily Living (IADLs), such as meal preparation, light housekeeping, medication reminders, shopping, and household organization. * Companionship * Transportation Assistance (Driver's License Required) * Observe and report changes in clients' physical, emotional, or cognitive condition to family members and appropriate care staff. * Foster a safe, clean, and supportive home environment that promotes independence and enhances quality of life. * Assist with other tasks as assigned. Candidates must possess a valid driver's license for transportation assistance. The role requires the ability to maintain professional relationships and provide compassionate care in a home environment.
