Providing a helping hand. * Have fun and engaging conversations with your clients to build relationships * Participate in your clients’ favorite hobbies (scrapbooking, gardening, games, etc.) * Prep meals for your clients to enjoy * Assist your clients with walking, dressing, bathing, and other daily activities of living * Assist your clients with transportation, errands, and light housekeeping * Report what activities were completed with your clients and provide updates on your clients’ physical condition, mental capacity, and behavior Why be a Senior Helpers of Peterborough Caregiver? Qualifications: * You are passionate about helping seniors. * You enjoy customer service and communicating with clients. * You want to help your community and make a difference in someone’s life. * Personal Support Worker (PSW) certified (desirable but not required) * At least one year of experience providing care to seniors. * Must have passed or be able to pass a Vulnerable Sector Check. * Strong preference given to applicants with driver's license and car strongly desired. * Applicants must be legally eligible to work in Canada and currently available to work in Ontario. Exigences

Candidates must be Personal Support Worker (PSW) certified with at least one year of experience in senior care. A passed Vulnerable Sector Check and legal eligibility to work in Ontario, Canada are required.
