Senior Helpers is looking for a motivated, outgoing, and results-driven Commission-Based Sales Representative to help grow our cleaning and housekeeping services. This is a business development role for someone who enjoys building relationships, identifying new opportunities, and turning conversations into contracts. Your primary focus will be generating new cleaning and housekeeping business by connecting with property managers, retirement residences, apartment and condominium buildings, real estate professionals, commercial businesses, community organizations, and other potential referral or contract partners. WHAT YOU'LL DO * Identify and pursue new cleaning and housekeeping contract opportunities. * Prospect and connect with property management companies, landlords, realtors, retirement communities, businesses, and other organizations. * Make outbound calls, send emails, network, and conduct in-person outreach where appropriate. * Introduce and promote our cleaning and housekeeping services to prospective clients. * Generate qualified leads and arrange meetings with decision-makers. * Follow up consistently with prospective clients and organizations. * Help develop relationships that lead to recurring cleaning and housekeeping contracts. * Maintain a pipeline of prospective clients and provide regular updates on sales activity. * Represent Senior Helpers professionally within the community. WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR We would love to hear from you if you are: * Confident and comfortable approaching new businesses and decision-makers. * A strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills. * Self-motivated and able to work independently. * Persistent, professional, and results-oriented. * Comfortable with cold calling, networking, emailing, and in-person prospecting. * Organized and capable of managing multiple leads and follow-ups. * Interested in a performance-driven role where your earning potential is tied to the business you generate. Previous experience in sales, business development, property management, home services, commercial cleaning, healthcare, staffing, or B2B relationship management is an asset but not mandatory. Existing relationships with property managers, realtors, retirement communities, landlords, or local businesses would be a significant advantage. COMPENSATION This is a commission-based position, making it ideal for someone who wants flexibility and the opportunity to earn based on results. Commission will be paid on successfully secured cleaning and housekeeping contracts, with the potential for attractive earnings from recurring and larger-volume accounts.
