Health Care Aide (HCA) Senior Helpers West Edmonton is hiring Health Care Aides to provide in-home care to seniors in the Edmonton area. What We Offer Casual shifts available, including days, evenings, nights, and weekends Competitive pay based on experience Flexible scheduling Supportive team environment Employee recognition programs Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) provided Ongoing training and professional development opportunities Responsibilities Provide personal care while supporting clients' dignity and independence Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) Provide companionship and social support Assist with medication reminders and management, as directed Communicate with clients, families, and the care team Observe and report changes in clients' condition Complete required documentation accurately and on time Qualifications Completion of a recognized Health Care Aide (HCA) program within the last five years, or current enrollment in a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) program Active Alberta Health Care Aide (HCA) Registration Current Vulnerable Sector Check Valid driver's licence preferred Ability to communicate effectively with clients, families, and team members Reliable, organized, and able to work independently If you are interested in providing quality care and supporting seniors in their homes, we would like to hear from you. Exigences
