Position Overview As a General Laborer, you'll play an important role in our restoration projects by supporting our technicians and project managers in returning damaged homes and businesses to their pre-loss condition. This is a physically active position where no two days are the same. You'll gain practical experience while working alongside experienced professionals on a wide variety of restoration projects. Responsibilities * Perform demolition and remove damaged building materials. * Clean and prepare job sites. * Assist with equipment setup, operation, and cleanup. * Load, unload, and transport materials and equipment. * Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition. * Follow all company safety policies and WorkSafeBC requirements. * Support technicians and project managers as required. * Deliver professional customer service while working in clients' homes and businesses. Qualifications * Previous construction or general labour experience is an asset but not required. * Ability to perform physically demanding work and lift heavy materials. * Strong work ethic and willingness to learn. * Positive attitude and ability to work as part of a team. * Good communication skills. * Ability to work independently when required. * Valid Class 5 driver's licence. The General Labourer supports restoration projects by performing demolition, cleaning job sites, and preparing materials. They also assist technicians and project managers with equipment operation and maintenance while ensuring professional customer service.

Candidates should be physically capable of lifting heavy materials and performing demanding work. A valid Class 5 driver's licence is required, while previous construction or labour experience is considered an asset.
