Scope of work: Hardware swaps (monitors, laptops, cell phones) Network troubleshooting Moving/relocating access points Printer troubleshooting General desk-side support and issue investigation The volume is low and on-demand, but we are fairly flexible. Responsibilities Hardware swaps (monitors, laptops, cell phones) Network troubleshooting Moving/relocating access points Printer troubleshooting General desk-side support and issue investigation Note: We will sign a 12-month contract with you. During this period, you'll be assigned ticket-based, on-demand work whenever service requests are raised at the site. On average, there are 15–20 tickets per month at the same site, so there is a good possibility of receiving regular assignments throughout the contract period.

Provide on-demand desk-side support including hardware swaps for laptops, monitors, and cell phones. Perform network troubleshooting and relocate wireless access points as requested via a ticket-based system.

The candidate must be able to handle technical hardware and network issues on-site. Ability to commit to a 12-month contract for on-demand service requests is required.
