Working within the firm's philosophy centered on wellness, inspiration, and transformation, this role shapes the creative vision and technical execution of highly personalized homes while building strong, authentic, lasting client relationships. As a studio leader, the Senior Interior Designer translates ideas into refined spaces, owning both the design and project management process for complex residential projects. This includes engaging, guiding and supporting intermediate and junior designers, consultants, contractors, and trades to ensure the design vision carries through every stage — from first sketch to final detail. The skills Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field. Minimum 7 years of experience in residential interior design. Demonstrated experience leading high-end residential projects from concept to completion. Demonstrated ability to take personal ownership and accountability in delivering exceptional work and project outcomes. Highly developed design sensibility with strong creative and conceptual thinking. Experience with contract administration and consultant coordination. Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills. Excellent written, verbal, and visual communication skills. Proven experience in managing multiple complex projects simultaneously. Strong client relationship and stakeholder management abilities. Thoughtful problem-solving and confident design judgment. Strong leadership and mentoring capabilities. Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUp.
