Title: Residential Property Analyst Location: Winnipeg Work Type: Permanent, Full Time Shindico is looking for a Residential Property Analyst to support day-to-day operations across our multi-family portfolio. This role focuses on property-level reporting and administration: preparing reports, tracking rental arrears, supporting lease administration, and monitoring repairs and maintenance to keep each property running smoothly. We value sound judgment, strong analytical ability, and genuine curiosity about asset management as much as a polished resume. The right candidate brings a thoughtful, adaptable approach to problem-solving and a track record of following through, qualities we look for as closely as industry tenure.
