The successful candidate is a business developer with a hunger for growth and rewards. A natural leader who is able to wear many hats while managing, engaging and inspiring team members. Reporting to your Store Manager, you are responsible for the growth of top-line sales and provide an exceptional customer experience. What You’ll Be Doing… Accountable for guiding and assisting in training top talent High level of passion and energy, while providing an expert level of product knowledge Create a fun and interactive atmosphere, including storefront demos Ensure the Team meets sales goals and key metrics Executing company standards in all store operations What You’ll Need To Be Successful… A minimum of 2 years experience with a successful track record in specialty retail, preferably mall-based retail (Required) An excellent communicator who is not afraid to be in front of an audience In tune with various social media platforms An effective coach who has the ability to inspire top performers Superior time management and organizational skills Flexible availability – including days, nights, weekends, holidays.
