Lead the LAB division by evolving internal products (Agile+, MIRE, Common Sense) and ensuring high delivery quality across all development activities. Manage and coach a cross-functional team of developers while promoting LAB services to the market and IBM. Requires a bachelor's degree in computer science or software engineering with 6 to 10 years of experience in enterprise application development. Must be proficient in cloud technologies, CI/CD, and Agile methodologies, with professional bilingualism in French and English.
