For Global Business Services - Project Services/Regional Process Office Team in Canada, we are looking for a Business Process and Technology Consultant o join their team in Oakville, who will be responsible to analyze, optimize and digitalize business processes. Responsibilities: Identification of new opportunities, by analyzing processes and assessing feasibility together with the business process owners, Lead or coordinate internal projects or project teams by documenting activities and monitoring ongoing tasks Benchmarks and implements local and global initiatives and ensures alignment with company standards, Interest and know-how on technologies, such as AI, RPA, Business Intelligence Tools, Low-Code Applications Lead & Participate process optimization & design workshops as part of an agile project team, Support regional or global improvement, idea and innovation programs. What will you need to succeed? Master’s degree or Bachelor’s degree in computer engineering/computer science/business administration, or relevant programs 4+ years experience in a Consulting/ Analyst role gathering project requests from business stakeholders Strong communication skills with the ability to work on business transformation and process optimization projects Possessing basic knowledge on algorithms and coding Ability to work cooperatively and collaboratively with the international project members Able to communicate and collaborate with regional and internal team members Having a continuous improvement and "can do" mentality, PMP and/or Lean Six Sigma certification strongly preferred. Salary: Salary is commensurate with experience, and ranges between $ 70,000 CAD - $ 90,000 CAD, excluding bonus and benefits. In addition to base salary, this role includes eligibility for an annual discretionary bonus of 10% of base salary, based on Company performance metrics. Why you’ll love working for Siemens!
