Serve as a role model for service excellence and ensure Guest Services standards are consistently maintained. Supervise guest registration and check-out, including payment processing, while providing support to the team during busy periods. Address and resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring a high level of guest satisfaction. Support the leadership and development of the Guest Services team through training, coaching, scheduling, performance management, and hiring. Promote a safe and compliant workplace by following health and safety procedures, reporting incidents and hazards, and supporting the property’s emergency and fire safety programs. Must be friendly, energetic, enthusiastic, and self-motivated Available to work evenings and overnights including weekends and holidays; Must be legally authorized to work in Canada.
