LEAD CUSTODIAN Status Permanent Hours 8 hours per day; 40 hours per week Shift As required Posting #: CU-56 Qualifications And Skills Required Two years experience as a custodian or other related work. Shall possess good leadership and organizational skills. Ability to communicate and co-operate with supervisors, fellow workers, students, staff and the public. Ability to fill out requisitions and related forms using computer software such as Excel, MS Word, and Outlook. Ability to direct a work crew and plan and schedule their workload. Must be self-motivated. Computer literacy sufficient to operate Facility Services building systems and Maintenance Order Systems would be an asset. The duties, responsibilities and requirements for this position are not limited to the above but may include all of those in the Job Description for Lead Custodian.
