About The Role The Site Administrator coordinates the delivery of the Family Medicine Residency Program at the School of Medicine’s clinical learning sites by overseeing day-to-day site operations, resident scheduling and onboarding, site logistics and communications, and the timely flow of information needed for program delivery. Working closely with site and program leadership, faculty and preceptors, and other School of Medicine units, this role helps sustain a high-quality learning environment for residents, ensuring that onboarding, learner supports, and site-based training are culturally safe and aligned with inclusive Indigenous Perspectives. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Health Administration, or a related discipline, and three years of related experience in healthcare administration, program administration, or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience. Working knowledge of postgraduate medical education environments, including residency program structures, clinical learning sites, and accreditation requirements. Understanding of clinical site operations, including scheduling, onboarding, learner assessments, and coordination within health authority or clinic settings. Familiarity with university administrative processes, policies, and systems, ideally within a post-secondary or medical education setting. Excellent organizational, project management, and planning skills. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to interact and work with diverse individuals and organizations.
