SimplyAsk.ai is looking for a Marketing Specialist to join our growing team. This is a hands-on execution role for a creative, detail-oriented marketer who is equally comfortable writing compelling B2B sales material, building email nurture sequences in HubSpot, creating images and visuals in Figma and Canva, and managing the corporate website in our CMS. You will work directly under the Marketing Manager and own the day-to-day production that keeps our marketing engine running for Symphona, our Enterprise AI App Platform, and our consulting practice. The right candidate will bring these core skills and experiences: Design & Visual Production Create marketing collaterals, ad creatives, social graphics, and branded assets using Canva/Figma Collaborate with our web developer on website design updates using Figma Produce presentation decks, white papers, one-pagers, and event materials Ensure visual consistency across all marketing touchpoints Content & Technical Writing Write B2B content including blog posts, newsletters, one-pagers, white papers, case studies, and sales decks Draft sales sequence emails, marketing emails, and social posts Write LinkedIn content for executive and management profiles Manage community presence on LinkedIn, Reddit, and relevant B2B industry forums Email Marketing & CRM Build and manage email campaigns, newsletters, and lead nurture sequences in HubSpot Marketing Pro Set up automated workflows, list segmentation, and reporting dashboards in HubSpot Maintain UTM conventions, lifecycle fields, and campaign tracking Monitor and report on email and campaign performance metrics Social Media Management Own day-to-day management of corporate social media accounts (LinkedIn primary) Plan, create, and schedule organic social content consistently Identify subject matter experts and manage collaboration and co-creation opportunities Drive engagement through B2B communities including Reddit and industry forums Website Management Manage and update website content via our CMS (Webflow), content input and management, not development Create and supervise blog content, ensure editorial quality and consistency Work directly with our web developer on timely website updates and improvements Apply on-page SEO best practices to all web content Sales Enablement Create and maintain sales collateral: one-pagers, pitch decks, battle cards, and proposal templates Ensure all marketing materials reflect current messaging, target markets, and buyer needs Support proposal, RFP, and follow-up content as needed Required Experience 2-4 years of B2B marketing experience in SaaS or technology industries Strong B2B writing and editing skills, portfolio or writing samples required Figma and Canva proficiency: able to produce polished, on-brand visual assets independently HubSpot Marketing Pro experience: emails, workflows, lists, dashboards, and reporting Social media management experience (LinkedIn required; Reddit experience a plus) AI fluency: comfortable using AI tools daily for content drafting, research, design workflow, and productivity Skills Strong design sensibility: produces polished, on-brand marketing materials without needing a dedicated designer Strong B2B writing across email, social, sales collateral, and web content Organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple production workstreams and deadlines simultaneously Strong initiative and ownership, proactive, takes tasks from brief to completion without hand-holding Strong collaboration skills across marketing, sales, and product teams Software: Proficiency in HubSpot Marketing Pro, Canva, Figma, Webflow, LinkedIn Salary $70,000 - $85,000 commensurate with experience About SimplyAsk.ai: SimplyAsk.ai helps large organizations fix how their operations actually run, and applies automation and AI where it genuinely moves the needle.
