We specialize in residential construction, renovations, and project management throughout British Columbia, with a strong focus on remote and out-of-town work. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, takes pride in quality workmanship, and is comfortable working independently while remaining part of a collaborative team. Responsibilities * Framing and general carpentry * Demolition and site preparation * Installation of doors, trim, siding, and finishing materials * Reading plans and following project specifications * Coordinating with trades and suppliers when required * Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe worksite * Traveling to remote project locations as needed Requirements * Two to four years of carpentry experience * Experience with residential renovations and construction * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Strong communication and problem-solving skills * Valid driver?s licence and reliable transportation * Willingness to travel and work on remote projects * Experience operating tools and equipment safely What we offer * Competitive pay based on experience * Opportunities for growth and advancement * A positive team environment * A wide variety of interesting projects * The opportunity to work in unique locations throughout British Columbia If you?re hardworking, dependable, and take pride in your craft, we?d love to hear from you.
