SitePartners is a specialized marketing agency built for the industrial sector. We solve business problems, build brands, and drive growth for the construction, manufacturing and resource sectors. We are a full-service marketing partner that moves organizations forward. We have an opening for a Business Development Manager to join our team, based out of our Abbotsford HQ. This is a mid-level sales role covering both new business development and account management, with the opportunity to sell across the full Site Group of companies. So what kind of person fits the role? Someone who is comfortable picking up the phone and starting a conversation with a stranger, but just as comfortable nurturing a relationship over the long haul. A person who is motivated by hitting targets, organized enough to keep a busy pipeline moving, and genuinely curious about the businesses they're talking to. Experience selling into industrial, construction, manufacturing, or related sector clients is a strong asset, but we're open to strong sales professionals from a range of backgrounds. Key Responsibilities: New Business Development Build and run a consistent outbound prospecting routine across calls, email, and social outreach Identify and qualify new business opportunities Develop and deliver pitches and proposals to prospective clients Manage the full sales cycle from first outreach to signed agreement Account Management & Growth Own a portfolio of client accounts as their main point of contact Spot expansion and upsell opportunities within existing relationships Run regular check-ins and business reviews to stay ahead of client needs Keep an eye on account health and flag anything that could affect renewal Cross-Group Selling Introduce clients and prospects to the full range of services across the Site Group of companies Coordinate with teammates across the group to put together broader proposals Build a working knowledge of the full Site Group offering Pipeline & Reporting Keep an accurate, up to date sales pipeline Report on pipeline status, forecast, and outbound activity on a regular cadence Track what's working and what isn't to sharpen prospecting over time Qualifications: 2-5+ years of experience in a business development, sales, or account management role Experience selling into industrial, construction, manufacturing, or other related sector clients is preferred Comfortable managing a full sales cycle, from outbound prospecting through to close Strong communication and relationship-building skills Organized, self-directed, and comfortable managing a pipeline independently Post-secondary education is an asset but not required SitePartners "Must Haves": You care about getting it right, precision and accuracy drive you You're a self-starter who takes ownership of your work and follows through You have a sense of humor and love to have fun, but take your responsibilities seriously Able to work out of our Abbotsford HQ 4 days a week Benefits of Working for SitePartners Compensation: $50,000 - 75,000 base salary, with a competitive commission structure Extended health benefits plan + health spending account Company laptop (Apple) Office coffee, snacks, and refreshments Dogs in the office, Woof!
