We’re currently exploring a high-volume healthcare staffing partnership where the client is looking to add ONE staffing vendor to support ongoing hiring requirements. 🇨🇦 Geographic Coverage: 📍 Ontario — The majority of current requirements are in the GTA 📍 Nova Scotia — Halifax Regional Municipality (HRM) is another key hiring market 📍 Opportunities across all Canadian provinces — coverage and requirements can be discussed The client regularly hires healthcare professionals across multiple disciplines, including: 🩺 Registered Nurses (RN) 💉 Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) 💊 Pharmacists — HIGH VOLUME 💊 Pharmacy Technicians — HIGH VOLUME 🏃 Physiotherapists 🧠 Occupational Therapists (OT) 🫁 Respiratory Therapists 🔬 Medical Laboratory Technologists (MLT) 🥗 Dietitians 🔥 This is expected to be a HIGH-VOLUME ACCOUNT, particularly for Pharmacists and Pharmacy Technicians. 📍 GTA / Ontario and Halifax Regional Municipality (HRM) are currently the primary hiring markets, with additional opportunities across Canada. We’re looking to connect with a staffing organization that can demonstrate: ✅ Strong healthcare recruitment capabilities ✅ Strong Pharmacist & Pharmacy Technician candidate pipelines ✅ Access to qualified and licensed healthcare professionals ✅ Experience handling high-volume healthcare requirements ✅ Established candidate pipelines in GTA / Ontario and Halifax / HRM ✅ Ability to recruit across multiple Canadian provinces ✅ Fast turnaround and consistent candidate delivery 🤝 Only ONE staffing vendor is being considered for this opportunity. 💼 Client Signing / Engagement Fee: CAD $20,000 A CAD $20,000 client signing/engagement fee will be charged by me to the selected staffing vendor for facilitating and securing the client partnership. The fee will become payable only after the first successful hire completes three (3) months with the client.
