Ecogest Canada- AYR, ON Landscape Labourer Refiner Ecogest Canada is seeking a a dedicated Landscape Labourer Refiners to join our team. This role involves supporting landscape maintenance and construction projects, ensuring the aesthetic and functional quality of outdoor spaces. The ideal candidate will have a passion for gardening, horticulture, and outdoor work, with a focus on maintaining high standards in landscape environments. Key Qualifications Prior experience with excavation equipment such as excavators is preferred Knowledge of irrigation systems, gardening, horticulture, and landscape maintenance techniques is desirable Mechanical knowledge related to tool and equipment operation and maintenance is a plus Experience with hand tools, power tools, and general construction work is beneficial Strong physical stamina with the ability to lift heavy materials and work outdoors in various weather conditions Basic understanding of landscape design principles is advantageous Previous construction or landscaping experience is preferred but not required; willingness to learn is essential Ability to follow safety guidelines diligently and work effectively as part of a team Key Responsibilities Assist with landscape maintenance tasks including planting, pruning, mowing, and fertilizing Operate heavy machinery such as excavators for site preparation and excavation work Install and repair irrigation systems to ensure proper watering of landscapes Use hand tools and power tools for planting, trimming, and general landscape improvements Support construction activities related to landscape refinements and installations Perform routine maintenance on equipment and tools to ensure safety and efficiency Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and meet quality standards Maintain safety protocols throughout all landscaping activities Compensation Target hiring range: CA$21.00-CA$22.00 per hour Compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications, and other relevant factors.

Assist with landscape maintenance tasks including planting, pruning, mowing, and fertilizing. Operate heavy machinery and support construction activities related to landscape refinements and installations.

Prior experience with excavation equipment and knowledge of irrigation systems is preferred. A willingness to learn and strong physical stamina are essential for this role.
