Salesforce Scrum Master

Job Title: Salesforce Scrum Master Location: Toronto, ON Work Arrangement: Onsite – 4 Days/Week in Office Employment Type: Contract Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Scrum Master to lead Agile delivery across Salesforce initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong Scrum expertise, a solid understanding of the Salesforce platform, excellent stakeholder management skills, and experience coordinating distributed technical and business teams in enterprise environments. Key Responsibilities Lead and facilitate all Scrum ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives. Manage end-to-end Agile delivery for Salesforce programs and initiatives. Partner with Product Owners on backlog management, prioritization, and sprint readiness. Ensure User Stories are properly refined, groomed, and aligned with Definition of Ready (DoR) and Definition of Done (DoD). Act as a bridge between business, product, development, architecture, and technical teams. Proactively identify, track, and resolve impediments, risks, issues, and dependencies. Monitor and report Agile delivery metrics including velocity, burndown, predictability, and sprint health. Support UAT, defect triage, release planning, and deployment coordination. Ensure adherence to enterprise Agile, compliance, governance, and Salesforce DevOps practices. Coach team members on Agile/Scrum best practices, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Coordinate effectively across onsite and offshore/distributed teams. Required Skills & Qualifications Proven experience working as a Scrum Master within Salesforce programs. Strong understanding of the Salesforce platform, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and/or Financial Services Cloud. Expert knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and enterprise delivery frameworks. Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, and Agile dashboards. Strong stakeholder management, communication, facilitation, and cross-team coordination skills. Experience managing distributed onsite/offshore teams. Certified Scrum Master (CSM or PSM) – Mandatory. Preferred Skills Experience with Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC). Exposure to Salesforce CI/CD and DevOps pipelines. Knowledge of banking processes, regulatory requirements, and compliance environments. Salesforce certification(s) preferred. Experience delivering large-scale digital transformation programs. Prior exposure to the Canadian banking ecosystem. Experience managing multi-squad Agile delivery.

Requires proven experience as a Scrum Master within Salesforce programs and a mandatory CSM or PSM certification. Candidates should have expertise in Jira, Confluence, and experience managing distributed onsite/offshore teams.
