Role: Principal, Change Management + AI Enablement What will my role be: • Lead large-scale transformation programs by connecting strategy, operating models, processes, and technology to drive measurable business outcomes. • Grow and manage a portfolio of client accounts through delivery quality and expansion • Serve as a trusted advisor to senior executives, guiding strategic decisions in complex environments, particularly related to AI and the future of work. What will I bring to the organization: Skills • Proven experience leading large-scale workforce transformation initiatives in complex organizations • Ability to connect strategy, process, technology, and organizational behavior • Experience in consulting (management, technology, or professional services), including selling and delivering work • Strong business development experience with revenue ownership Attributes • Strong executive presence with the ability to influence senior stakeholders • Systems thinking and ability to solve complex problems • Excellent relationship-building skills across clients and teams • Ability to navigate complex, matrixed environments and organizational dynamics Hybrid / In office: We operate in a hybrid model, with the expectation that you can be onsite when required by your team leader or client.
