The Opportunity We are actively recruiting for an existing vacancy and are looking for a skilled and motivated Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in maintaining and repairing equipment to ensure safe and effective operations. Core Responsibilities Perform general maintenance and repairs on machinery, equipment and facilities systems Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues Perform preventive maintenance activities and ensure accurate, timely documentation Support general facility maintenance which may include HVAC, plumbing and building systems Operate motorized vehicles and equipment Collaborate with team members to solve problems and meet project deadlines Follow all safety protocols and contribute to a culture of safety and accountability Other duties as assigned The Ideal Candidate Experience in a manufacturing or production environment Knowledge of predictive and preventative maintenance Previous experience operating a forklift Mechanical mindset and abilities Attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety Strong work ethic and reliability Problem-solving mindset and adaptability Electrical knowledge considered an asset The Benefits Regular, full-time employment status, paid biweekly The expected compensation range for this position is between $24.00-$26.00 per hour, based on experience and qualifications Comprehensive health and dental benefit plans Straight day shifts Uniforms provided after probation period Retirement plan with partial employee-employer matched contributions Training provided as required. The Maintenance Technician will perform general repairs and preventive maintenance on machinery, equipment, and facility systems. They are also responsible for troubleshooting mechanical issues and ensuring all safety protocols are followed.

The ideal candidate should have experience in a manufacturing or production environment with a strong mechanical mindset. Proficiency in predictive maintenance, forklift operation, and a commitment to safety and quality are required.
