Branch Operations & Technical Sales Representative

We’re Hiring in Thompson, Manitoba Sling-Choker Manufacturing Limited is seeking a dependable and customer-focused Branch Operations & Technical Sales Representative to support our Thompson location. This hands-on position combines technical sales, customer service, purchasing, inventory management and branch operations. The successful candidate will become a primary local contact for our mining, industrial and commercial customers. Key responsibilities include: • Preparing quotations, sales orders and customer invoices • Helping customers select suitable lifting, rigging and safety products • Managing branch purchasing, inventory and supplier coordination • Supporting shipping, receiving and warehouse operations • Coordinating equipment inspections, repairs, calibration and recertification • Maintaining accurate product, pricing and customer records • Building strong, long-term customer relationships We’re looking for someone who works well independently, takes ownership and provides reliable follow-through. Experience in industrial sales, lifting and rigging, purchasing, warehousing or technical customer service would be an asset.
