THE POSITION The Product Manager leads the vision, strategy, and market success of innovative industry-leading new products, driving its expansion across global markets and into applications ranging from infrastructure to community safety. The successful candidate will play a key role in shaping the product from strategy through execution, working closely with a high-performing cross-functional team to achieve growth targets and deliver market-leading results. HOW YOU WILL BE MAKING AN IMPACT Develop and execute a compelling product strategy for an innovative safety solution company. Collaborate with a cross-functional team of department leaders to shape the product roadmap. Own the collection and confirmation of features that engineering will design into new and existing products. Serve as the product expert in support of sales initiatives, driving customer engagement and strategic partnerships. Conduct in-depth market analysis to identify trends, customer needs, competitor landscape, and growth opportunities. Plan and deliver successful product launches across diverse applications and target markets. Collaborate with marketing to craft clear messaging highlighting product differentiators and market segments. Partner with internal teams to incorporate customer feedback and drive product improvement. WHAT SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE YOU REQUIRE Post-secondary education in Engineering, Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field. Background in Product Design Processes, Manufacturing, Training and Project Management preferred. Demonstrated success in business development or project management, with a proven track record of exceeding performance targets. Strategic thinker with strong organizational and problem-solving skills. Confident communicator skilled in relationship-building, presentation, and negotiation. Effective at time management and prioritizing in fast-paced environments. Proficient in internet research, and Microsoft Office applications. Experience in working with CRM platforms. Valid driver’s license and clean drivers abstract. Able to travel within Canada, the USA, and internationally as needed.
