Résumé du poste
Product Growth Lifecycle Growth Operations Snaplii Toronto (onsite) Total compensation: CAD $120K–$250K depending on level and experience Why Snaplii? Snaplii is one of Canada's fastest-growing fintech and digital commerce platforms: 400,000+ users save money through discounted gift cards, earn rewards on everyday spending, manage balances through Snaplii Cash, and pay the bills that run their lives — $200M+ in annual transaction volume, 500+ brand partners including Costco, Walmart, Amazon and Uber, a Top-40 Finance App, and already profitable. Now we're building what comes next: Snaplii A2M (Agent-to-Merchant) — payment infrastructure for the age of AI agents. AI generates demand. Snaplii executes the payment. Growth here sits at the intersection of product, operations, data and technology — that's where this role comes in. The Opportunity We're looking for someone who enjoys building systems, launching initiatives, and making things happen. This is not a traditional marketing role. You won't spend your day posting on social media. You won't sit in endless meetings discussing ideas that never get executed. You'll launch and operate the growth machinery that directly changes how users discover, engage with, and transact on Snaplii — working across Growth, Product, Engineering, Operations and Finance to turn ideas into shipped experiments. You'll work on real growth problems at scale — hundreds of thousands of users, real money movement, and experiments that show up directly in transaction volume. What You'll Own Acquisition loops — referral and invite loops, Snaplii Cash incentive programs Money-in — EMT deposit growth, bank linking Activation — new-user activation, first transaction conversion Repeat & lifecycle — gift card repurchase, bill payment, lifecycle growth, retention and reactivation You'll analyze the full customer funnel, find the drop-offs that matter, and launch experiments that move activation, conversion and retention. How You'll Drive Growth Funnel, cohort and behavioral analysis User interviews and customer feedback A/B testing and referral / incentive mechanics Push / email / in-app messaging Landing page and journey optimization You'll also partner closely with our organic growth team (Xiaohongshu, Reddit, SEO/GEO) to turn content traffic into signups and transactions. We're looking for someone who goes beyond dashboards to understand why users convert, why they drop off, and what changes their behavior. What We're Looking For Strong growth fundamentals. You can independently break down the full funnel — Traffic → Signup → Activation → Conversion → Repeat → Retention — find the biggest drop-offs, and run experiments that move the numbers. Strong user insight. You can translate motivation, friction, triggers and barriers into clear growth hypotheses. Consumer fintech experience. We strongly prefer candidates from consumer fintech, digital wallets, payments, consumer banking or rewards. Deposit / top-up, bank linking, referral, wallet activation, bill payment or lifecycle growth experience is especially valuable. Hands-on ownership — non-negotiable. You own outcomes, not recommendations: insight → hypothesis → experiment → launch → measurement, driven to completion yourself. You pull your own data. SQL plus Amplitude / Mixpanel / GA4 — you don't wait for an analyst. Bilingual: Mandarin & English. You'll build growth for a Chinese-speaking-first community, expanding into the mainstream Canadian market. Nice to Have CRM / lifecycle marketing craft Xiaohongshu / Reddit / SEO familiarity UGC / KOC experience We Care More About Impact Than Titles We're less interested in how senior your previous title sounded. We're more interested in: what growth problem you solved, how you diagnosed it, what experiment you launched, and what measurable impact you created. To apply, include a short note on one growth problem you solved — what you diagnosed, what you shipped, and what moved. If you enjoy combining user insight, data and execution to build better growth loops, we'd love to meet you.
