We’re looking for motivated individuals to join our team as Production Technicians. No experience? No problem! If you’re eager to learn and have a positive attitude, we’ll provide all the training you need to succeed. Job Description Assist with propagation, planting, transplanting and cultivation of cannabis plants throughout all stages of growth. Perform routine plant care, including watering, trimming plants, removing extra leaves and supporting plants with nets and ties. Monitor cannabis plants for healthy growth and report signs of nutrient deficiencies, pests, diseases, or environmental concerns to supervisors. Apply approved irrigation, nutrients, and crop care practices according to established cultivation procedures. Assist with harvesting cannabis plants, including cutting, trimming, sorting, and preparing harvested material for further processing. Package and label cannabis products in accordance with company procedures and regulatory requirements. Clean, sanitize, and maintain cultivation rooms, production areas, tools, equipment, and workstations following sanitation and biosecurity protocols. Maintain accurate production records, inventory counts, and cultivation logs as required. Safely operate cultivation equipment and follow all workplace health and safety, security, and cannabis regulatory requirements. Work collaboratively with supervisors and team members to meet daily production schedules and quality standards. Perform other cultivation and production duties as assigned. Requirements Ability to perform repetitive tasks and work in a physically demanding environment. Ability to stand, bend, lift, and carry up to 40 lbs. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions. Reliable, dependable, and able to work effectively as part of a team.
