About the Role Value Buds is looking for a motivated Store Supervisor to support daily retail operations and lead by example on the sales floor. This role is ideal for someone with retail leadership experience who enjoys coaching teams, delivering great customer experiences, and working in a fast-paced environment. The Store Supervisor supports daily retail operations by leading the sales floor team and ensuring high-quality customer service. They are also responsible for inventory management, regulatory compliance, and maintaining store operational standards.

Candidates must have at least 2 years of retail or customer service experience and possess relevant cannabis sales certification. Strong communication skills and the ability to perform physical tasks like standing for long periods and lifting up to 40 lbs are required.
