About the Role The Territory Manager will be responsible for driving sales, building & maintaining relationships with retail clients and ensuring overall customer satisfaction within the Cannabis industry. The role involves presenting product information, negotiating business opportunities, securing strong retail relationships and exceeding sales targets. We are looking for experienced & dynamic sales professionals focused on delivering results in a competitive environment. Responsibilities Sales & Promotion Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve organizational sales goals & objectives Promote & sell cannabis products to retailers & other relevant businesses Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to new & existing clients Client Relationship Management Build & maintain strong relationships Provide excellent client service and timely follow-up to ensure satisfaction Address client inquiries, concerns and feedback in a timely and professional manner Market Research & Analysis Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions and competitor products Identify potential sales & market opportunities Collect and analyze sales data to inform future business decisions & strategies Sales Administration Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions & transactions Assist in the development of sales materials, presentations & promotional content Prepare & submit sales reports, forecasts and any additional relevant documentation Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing or a related field an asset Proven experience in sales, preferably in the cannabis industry or a relevant field Strong sales & negotiation skills Excellent communication & interpersonal skills Ability to build & maintain professional relationships Knowledge of Cannabis products and industry regulations Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software Self-motivated, results driven and able to excel independently Responds positively to coaching & feedback Other requirements: Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation Willingness to travel as required to meet clients and attend industry necessary events Willing to provide consent to a background check Working Conditions: The position requires travel to various locations as assigned Work hours can vary and may include evenings & weekends to accommodate client schedules & industry events What Makes SNDL a Great Place to Grow: Competitive compensation including performance-based bonuses and annual salary reviews Comprehensive health and dental benefits, including a Healthcare Spending Account Three weeks of paid vacation with annual rollover Flexible, hybrid work arrangements to support work-life balance Recognition and rewards programs that celebrate individual and team achievements Employee & Family Assistance Program (EFAP) with mental health, financial, and family support Employee perks and discounts program, offering savings across fitness, wellness, lifestyle, retail, and everyday services We are grateful for the interest in this role from all candidates, however, we will be contacting only those that are selected for next steps in the hiring process.
