Résumé du poste

SNELL Medical Communication is looking for a Senior Writer who brings deep expertise in real-world evidence and health economics to the development of peer-reviewed publications, someone who thrives at the intersection of rigorous science and compelling scientific narrative. The Senior Writer RWE/HEOR ensures the development of clear, compliant, and scientifically rigorous deliverables that communicate real-world evidence (RWE) and health economics and outcomes research (HEOR) findings to US audiences. This role partners with Market Access and cross-functional stakeholders to translate complex analyses into fit-for-purpose scientific and value communication materials aligned to US payers, healthcare providers, patients, and other scientific audiences. Key responsibilities Write and edit RWE and HEOR publications across the evidence lifecycle, including study protocols, study reports, outlines (as applicable), manuscripts, abstracts/posters/oral presentations, and slide decks Translate observational study methods and results into audience-appropriate narratives (e.g., claims/EHR analyses, registries, pragmatic studies), ensuring accuracy, balance, and appropriate interpretation of findings and limitations Partner with study teams to ensure documents reflect US-relevant endpoints and stakeholder expectations (e.g., US payer decision drivers, utilization/cost outcomes, adherence/persistence, patient-relevant outcomes) while remaining consistent with the underlying analysis Apply publication standards and reporting guidance as appropriate (e.g., STROBE, CHEERS) and support journal/conference submission processes Manage document development timelines, version control, and review cycles; facilitate efficient cross-functional reviews and incorporate feedback with clear rationale tracking Contribute to the development of the Publications team, with the expectation that this role will grow into a leadership position over time Qualifications and experience Advanced degree in a scientific discipline (PhD preferred) Minimum 6 years of relevant medical writing experience, including demonstrable experience writing RWE deliverables for US audiences (e.g., US claims/EHR studies, US-focused publications/posters) Passionate about writing manuscripts for peer-reviewed journals – this is a publication-focused role, not a generalist writing position Proven ability to plan and independently develop RWE/HEOR deliverables from source materials including protocols, analysis output and summary tables Strong project management skills with the ability to work across multiple concurrent deliverables Proficiency with AI-assisted tools, and the ability to use them responsibly, with human oversight, to analyze datasets, draft reports, and streamline daily workflow In time this position would develop into a leadership role directing Publications and overseeing the Publication Team If you recognize yourself in this description, please submit your CV by email to [email protected].
