Résumé du poste

Snobar Realty Group Inc. is looking for a hands-on, highly organized Marketing & Community Engagement Manager to become a central member of our small team. Our business is built around real-estate expertise, consistent neighbourhood marketing and deep involvement in the Erindale community. We are looking for someone who can bring these elements together through thoughtful strategy, strong creative execution and reliable follow-through. This is not a narrow social-media role. You will work across content, print, digital marketing, listings, community partnerships, events, client retention and new-business launches. You will initially execute priorities in close collaboration with our Broker of Record and, over your first year, grow into ownership of the marketing strategy, calendar and budget. What you will do Build and manage an integrated annual marketing and content calendar. Write and coordinate articles, newsletters, real-estate reports and community content. Track Erindale and Credit Woodlands market activity and turn the data into useful consumer-facing material. Coordinate the design and printing of monthly newsletters, postcards and listing collateral. Manage email marketing, social media, WhatsApp, Nextdoor and other digital channels. Manage websites, landing pages, SEO, paid advertising and online lead generation. Maintain the CRM, segment audiences and develop lead-nurture campaigns. Create and manage a structured past-client retention, appreciation and referral program. Manage Google Business Profile activity, reviews, testimonials and case studies. Develop marketing plans, messaging and promotional assets for real-estate listings. Coordinate professional photographers, videographers and other creative suppliers. Plan and execute community and client events, including our Fall Fair, ice cream event, Seniors’ Lunch, Yard Sale, client-appreciation events and private seminars. Develop partnerships with Erindale organizations and identify new community opportunities. Coordinate print, out-of-home and micro-targeted neighbourhood campaigns. Help develop and launch MississaugaCondos.com, Home Concierge Services, renovation services and other new initiatives. Source, brief and manage contractors, freelancers and marketing suppliers. Track marketing activity, spending and results and provide clear recommendations. Use AI tools responsibly to improve research, content creation, repurposing and marketing workflows. Help maintain accurate, consistent and compliant marketing across all platforms. What we are looking for Four to six years of progressively responsible marketing experience. Real-estate marketing experience is strongly preferred. Demonstrated experience building and executing integrated marketing calendars. Strong writing, editing, content-development and proofreading skills. Experience with email marketing, CRM systems, social media, websites, SEO and paid advertising. Working knowledge of Mailchimp, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, website content-management systems and comparable marketing platforms. Practical experience using generative AI tools for research, drafting, content repurposing and workflow improvement. Strong design judgment and the ability to personally produce some day-to-day marketing materials. Experience briefing and managing designers, printers, photographers, videographers and other suppliers. Event-planning and community-engagement experience. Strong project-management skills and exceptional attention to detail. The ability to move comfortably between strategy and hands-on execution. The judgment to manage multiple deadlines in a small, collaborative business. A valid driver’s licence and reliable access to a vehicle. Availability for scheduled evening and weekend events. How we work You will report directly to Mo Snobar, Broker of Record, and work closely with Mo and Diane Carreira, our Deals & Office Manager. This is a hybrid position based in Erindale, Mississauga, with approximately one to two days per week in the office. Additional in-person attendance will be required for listings, meetings, community activities and scheduled events. Compensation The salary range for this full-time position is $70,000–$80,000 annually, based on experience and demonstrated capabilities. The position is designed to grow. During the first year, you will focus on establishing consistent execution, systems and reporting. As those foundations are built, you will be expected to assume greater ownership of strategy, planning and budget management. How to apply Please submit: Your résumé A brief cover letter explaining why this role and the Erindale community interest you A portfolio containing relevant examples of writing, campaigns, print or digital design, email marketing, social content, websites, events or integrated marketing work A short explanation of your personal contribution to each portfolio example We are looking for someone who takes ownership, brings order to many moving pieces and cares about producing marketing that is useful, consistent and genuinely connected to the community.
