We’re seeking an experienced RRT or RPSGT to step into the role of Sleep Clinician and Regional Manager. In this role, you will not only lead and support your clinic, but also remain actively involved in patient care by providing sleep consultations and guiding patients through their therapy journey. The role begins at one clinic and scales with you — with real potential to grow into regional leadership across multiple clinic locations. The Regional Clinical Manager will lead and support clinic operations while remaining actively involved in patient care. Responsibilities include delivering patient consultations, overseeing staffing, and ensuring quality care across multiple locations.

Candidates must have RRT or RPSGT certification and proven experience in sleep and respiratory care. Previous leadership experience is preferred, along with a passion for patient care and team development.
