Manage Clinic Flow: Take charge of appointment scheduling and triage referrals with speed, care, and professionalism Be the Connection: Communicate assertively and clearly with doctors, specialists, and healthcare partners Keep Us Moving: Own clinic operations, from inventory to sleep test equipment management Deliver Better Sleep: Set up and administer HSAT (Home Sleep Apnea Tests), guiding patients through the process with clarity and confidence Administrative Rockstar: Take ownership of insurance paperwork and daily documentation, staying on top of details even when things get busy Support the Mission: Help create a smooth, welcoming, and empowering patient experience — even on the busiest days What You Bring We’re looking for someone dependable, assertive, and detail-oriented who thrives under pressure in a fast-paced healthcare setting: 3+ years of experience in administration, coordination, or a clinical support role in Canada A confident, proactive approach — you don’t wait to be told what to do, you take initiative Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Comfortable with MS Office or Google Suite Lives in Vancouver, BC or nearby areas and able to commute daily Flexibility for split days off (Sunday + one weekday between Tuesday–Thursday) Availability to work Saturdays (mandatory) Legally eligible to work in Canada Ready to Join Us?
