The Société d'habitation et de développement de Montréal (SHDM) is a non-profit, financially self-supporting para-municipal corporation of the Ville de Montréal. Expert in Responsible Property Investment, it intervenes in a diversity of projects wich contribute to Montréal’s economic, social and cultural development. The SHDM offers a wide range of career opportunities, challenging projects and a commitment to responsible property investment. Project managers, architects, managers, buildings managers, technical advisers, urban planners, accountants, secretaries and administrative officers: Each day at the SHDM, no less than 120 employees come together, in collaboration with partners, to develop socially responsible real estate projects, maintain a large inventory of properties, and manage our programs, such as the program to make property ownership accessible.
