What do we offer: Rate: $18.75 Shift: Starts at 5:30am Overtime opportunities Full time Permanent Position Summary Reporting to Production Supervisor, the Production Associate is responsible for tasks related to production Responsibilities Tye and form stuffed products Assemble and disassemble machines as needed Retrieve supplies necessary for production Accurately weigh products and record weights Hang products for cooking Conduct inspections of products during production Deliver meat from the cooler to the stuffing table Accurately weigh injected ham using the provided scales Add spices according to work order specifications Operate tote tilters as necessary Weight carts and record dumping meat into the hopper Perform other tasks as required by the supervisor and/or Lead Hand Requirements Good English communication skills (both verbal and written) and interpersonal skills Able to work independently Experience in a food processing environment is an asset Attention to Detail Willingness to learn new skills Working Conditions This position requires some physical effort This position requires normal visual / sensory effort This position requires working in cold environment This position requires standing for long periods of time This position requires some lifting for up to 50 lbs This position requires some pushing and pulling for up to 50 lbs We thank all applicants for their interest in this opportunity; however, only those candidates selected for an interview will be contacted. The Production Associate is responsible for stuffing, weighing, and forming protein products while operating machinery and recording weights. They also handle the delivery of meat from coolers and ensure products are prepared according to work order specifications.

Candidates should have good English communication skills and the ability to work independently in a cold environment. Experience in food processing is considered an asset, along with the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
