This position involves frequent interaction with customers and leading team members in a fast-paced environment. *Job Title:* Supervisor *Supervisory Duties Include:* * Ensuring that quality customer service standards are achieved * Helping your team understand their duties or delegated tasks * Training new team members * Monitoring employee productivity and providing constructive feedback * Use conflict resolution and problem solving skills * Planning, organizing and controlling daily operations * Managing curb appeal of the site by delegating appropriate tasks * Directing cars onto the tunnel wash conveyor * Supervising customer/vehicle flows * Providing customers with a great understanding of the benefits of our products and services * Month end duties such as stock control, inventory management and pricing * Additional duties as assigned or required *Our Qualifications:* * A minimum of 2-3 years of previous supervisory experience * Mature, confident team player with a can-do attitude * Ability to demonstrate extreme organization in a fast paced environment while acting as a team player * Must possess superior verbal and written communication skills * Strong computer literacy including MS Office , Outlook and Excel * Some ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends *We can?t wait to hear from you !* Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: $21.00-$23.00 per hour Benefits: * Casual dress * Dental care * Disability insurance * Extended health care * Life insurance * Paid time off * Store discount * Vision care Work Location: In person
