The Hearing Care Professional is responsible for conducting hearing loss evaluations and providing exceptional client counseling and product education. They will also manage ongoing client relationships and handle correspondence with families, physicians, and team members.

Candidates must be licensed with a Canadian provincial regulatory body or college. They should also possess a passion for client service and a strong interest in audiology technology.
