Spa Cleaner (Spa Technician)

Soul Centre Ltd. | Toronto, Ontario | On site Pay: $19.00 per hour Schedule: Monday–Friday, 10:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m.; weekends off Hours: 30 paid hours weekly; 6 paid hours daily plus a 30-minute unpaid meal break Start: As soon as possible, or September 8, 2026, as agreed About the role Soul Centre is looking for a reliable, detail-oriented cleaner to keep our natural therapy spa clean, hygienic and welcoming. This is a hands-on cleaning position. No spa experience is required, and training is provided. Sales and treatment duties are not part of the role; basic courtesy and kindness to clients are expected. Key responsibilities Clean and disinfect spa tubs between clients, treatment rooms, restrooms, workstations and frequently touched surfaces. Sweep, mop, vacuum rugs as needed, clean glass, empty waste and recycling bins, and restock washroom supplies. Wash, dry, fold and replenish towels and linens, keeping clean and soiled laundry separate. Complete scheduled deep cleaning, follow product instructions, use protective equipment and report hazards or supply shortages. Manage daily tasks independently, respond to changing priorities and assist with café cleaning when spa duties are complete. Respect client privacy and safeguard keys, access devices and retail products. What you bring One year of cleaning experience preferred; no previous spa experience required. Reliable transportation, punctuality and availability five weekdays per week. Additional paid hours may be scheduled. Comfort with daily restroom cleaning, laundry and other practical cleaning duties; ability to follow instructions and work safely, with accommodation where required. Honesty, attention to detail and a respectful, professional approach. Training and workwear We provide training, cleaning supplies, tools, standard protective equipment and branded black T-shirts. Wear comfortable all-black clothing and closed-toe, slip-resistant footwear. Natural cleaning products are used where suitable; chemical disinfectants are required for certain tasks.
