We have an exciting opportunity for a CNC Repair & Maintenance Technician to join our team in Edmonton, AB. This individual will be responsible for delivering expert installation, maintenance, and repair of CNC machines, lathes, and other machine tools across Western Canada, ensuring peak equipment performance and reliability for customers. This role combines advanced technical troubleshooting with a strong customer focus, providing high-quality service, proactive support, and consistent, professional results in a dynamic field environment. Responsibilities: Service, troubleshoot, and repair CNC machines and lathes at customer sites locally and periodically across Western Canada Perform equipment installation, startup, commissioning, and calibration Diagnose mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and software issues Conduct preventive maintenance and routine inspections to ensure optimal performance Install and set up new and used machinery Document service activities, work orders, and repairs accurately Proactively engage customers and achieve positive service outcomes through exceptional customer service Requirements: Post-secondary experience in Industrial Mechanic, Machinist, and/or mechanically inclined Experience with troubleshooting electronics Familiarity reading blueprints, schematics, etc Comfortable with the usage of diagnostic, calibration, and hand tools Interest in working in an industrial, customer-focused environment Motivated to learn with a positive customer attitude Ability to work quickly, accurately and with minimum supervision Valid drivers license and clean driving abstract Willing to travel to sites across Western Canada Unveiling Your Perks: Secure your place in our dynamic, permanent team, where long-term growth meets everyday impact.
