We are currently seeking and have an immediate opening for a qualified and motivated individual to fill the position of Counter Sales – Bearings & Power Transmission based out of Saint John, NB. RESPONSIBILITIES Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in-person with professionalism and technical expertise. Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate industrial products, systems, and technical solutions. Present alternatives and solutions considering pricing, specifications, compatibility, and availability. Provide reliable updates on product availability, shipment status, and delivery timelines Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to ensure timely fulfillment and resolve issues Help maintain an organized, stocked, and professional counter area Build and maintain strong relationships with new and repeat customers Provide back-up support in the warehouse with shipping, receiving, moving inventory & assist with scheduled physical inventory counts as requested Perform other duties as assigned QUALIFICATIONS 2 or more years of experience in an Inside Sales role is strongly preferred Preference will be given to individuals with experience working in/around bearings, power transmission, & other industrial components/systems or related Strong customer service & solutions focus with professional demeanor Collaborative and able to develop/maintain relationships with ease inside & outside the organization Excellent verbal and written communication, listening, negotiation, and phone skill The ability to effectively read technical documentations, then capture and communicate findings & specifications High integrity with strong ethical standards Proven problem-solving, analytical, and organizational abilities with strong attention to detail Comfortable in a fast-paced environment; able to multitask and adapt to changing priorities Strong computer aptitude, including Microsoft applications and ERPs (P21/Prophet 21) Unveiling Your Perks: Secure your place in our dynamic, permanent team, where long-term growth meets everyday impact. Additionally, the position requires maintaining the counter area and providing support in the warehouse with inventory management and shipping tasks.

Candidates should have at least two years of inside sales experience, preferably with industrial components like bearings and power transmission systems. Strong communication, problem-solving abilities, and proficiency with ERP software are essential for this role.
