Job Title: Haul Truck Operator Location: Peace River, AB Dollars & Cents: * Monthly bonus program * RRSP matching program * Overtime Pay (12-hour shifts) * Health & Dental Insurance * Boot reimbursement * EAP (Employee Assistance Program), and a company-wide Health & Wellness Program * Referral bonus program Why Work With Us: * Competitive industry wage * Be part of a growing company * Strong HSE culture * Opportunities for advancement – great place to start your career * Source invests in our employees and their success * 2 weeks/1 week rotation in Peace River, AB What You’ll Be Doing: * Perform all duties in compliance to appropriate safety and security standards to reduce risk to employees and damage to property. * Operate various sizes and weights of Haul Truck equipment (30 tons and 45 tons articulated haul truck) and potential to learn on other heavy equipment. * Clean equipment, perform routine inspections, provide preventive maintenance on assigned equipment, and report defects to management. * Assist the plant operator to ensure plant productivity. * Perform additional duties as assigned. Who We’re Looking For: * High school diploma or equivalent. * Experience preferred but not required, training will be provided for the right candidate. * Working knowledge of the hazards and safety precautions common to heavy equipment operations. (CSI) which will resulted in Source assuming all operations, distribution, and sale of domestic frac sand from CSI’s Peace River facility. This transaction provided Source with the opportunity to integrate Peace River frac sand into Source’s leading distribution network resulting in low-cost production with significant logistical advantage and ensures efficiency of supply for our customers while expanding the company’s footprint and product offerings as well. ABOUT SOURCE ENERGY SERVICES: Source Energy Services is a company that focuses on the integrated production and distribution of frac sand, as well as the distribution of other bulk completion materials not produced by Source. Operate 30 and 45 ton articulated haul trucks while adhering to safety and security standards. Perform routine equipment inspections, preventive maintenance, and assist plant operators to maintain productivity.

A high school diploma is required, and while experience is preferred, training is provided for suitable candidates. Applicants should have a hardworking attitude and a basic understanding of tools and mechanics.
