Location: Carnduff Education Complex, located in the community of Carnduff, SK Term Start Date: As soon as possible/As mutually agreed upon End Date: Not Applicable Tenure Continuing Hours Of Work Equivalent to 8 hours per day, 40 hours per week Duties Duties are outlined in the attached . Qualifications Minimum Grade 10 education (Grade 12 or equivalent is preferred) Valid Fireman's Certificate is an asset but not required Valid Driver's License Direct experience in the caretaking field would be considered an asset Demonstrated understanding of cleaning procedures, cleaning processes, products and equipment is preferred Knowledge of computers and applicable software Knowledge of the Workplace Hazardous Materials Information System Commitment to the ideals of public education as well as the mission, vision and guiding principles of the South East Cornerstone School Division Salary & Benefits Salary and benefits are in accordance with the currently negotiated CUPE 4869 Collective Agreement as listed on our website . The starting wage for this position is currently $22.43/hour along with a full benefit package and an employer defined pension plan. The caretaker is responsible for the general care and maintenance of the Carnduff Education Complex. Duties include implementing cleaning procedures and utilizing appropriate products and equipment to maintain the facility.

Minimum Grade 10 education is required, though Grade 12 is preferred, along with a valid driver's license. Knowledge of WHMIS and cleaning processes is preferred, and candidates must pass a criminal record and vulnerable sector check.
