The technician is responsible for diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing residential HVAC systems while providing high-quality solutions to homeowners. They must own the job from start to finish, clearly explaining findings and presenting repair options to customers.

Candidates must have at least 3 years of residential HVAC service experience and a valid EPA certification. A valid driver's license with a clean record and strong communication skills are also required.
