Data Analyst

Key Responsibilities Gather, clean, validate, and analyze large datasets from multiple sources. Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations using BI tools. Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities through statistical analysis. Translate business requirements into data-driven solutions and recommendations. Create and automate recurring reports to improve efficiency. Perform data quality checks and ensure data accuracy and integrity. Collaborate with business teams to understand KPIs and reporting needs. Support forecasting, performance tracking, and business planning initiatives. Present findings and insights to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner. Assist in developing data models and improving reporting processes. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field. 1–5 years of experience in data analysis or a similar role. Strong proficiency in SQL for querying and manipulating data. Experience with Excel, including advanced formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis. Knowledge of data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms. Understanding of statistical concepts and analytical techniques. Familiarity with Python or R for data analysis is preferred. Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
