The Specsavers retail store is owned and managed by experienced optician. The team of trained eyecare consultants at the store welcome and guide your patients through pre-testing. The Lead Optometrist will establish and lead their own clinic within Specsavers, providing clinical excellence and patient care. They will have the autonomy to grow their practice and build a team to enhance the patient experience.

Candidates must be registered optometrists in Ontario with a passion for leadership and quality patient-centered care. They should be motivated to grow their practice and work towards greater independence and ownership.
