Role: Learning Management System (LMS) Administrator Location: Remote , Canada Duration: 12 Months Years of Overall Experience: 5-10 years of prior experience SummaryTypical Day-to-Day Responsibilities : The LMS Administrator supports enterprise (US, Canada, and Global) learning initiatives by configuring, maintaining, and optimizing the Client MyLearning" LMS platform on SumTotal LMS. This role ensures accurate audience targeting, compliance with training requirements, and efficient execution of LMS operations. The analyst collaborates with stakeholders to deliver scalable learning solutions and maintain high standards of data integrity and user experience. Must Have:Ability to interpret and apply HR data for audience targeting LMS platform administration is required, prior experience with SumTotal LMS Experience with ticketing systems and workflow tools Soft Skills 1.) Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy 2.) Effective communication and stakeholder engagement Nice to have: 1.) Banking / financial services experience 2.) Instructional Design, HR, or related field is an asset 3.) Candidates must have 5-10 years of experience with SumTotal LMS and the ability to apply HR data for audience targeting. Experience with ticketing systems and strong communication skills are required.
