Senior Integration Engineer

Job Title: Senior Application Integration Engineer Location: Remote Duration: 3 Months Notes: This is a senior-level resource supporting screening and integration initiatives across multiple Autodesk platforms. The hiring team is looking for candidates with strong integration experience and the ability to work independently in a short-term, high-impact engagement. Position Overview We are seeking an experienced engineer to support export control batch-screening integrations and process improvements. This person will design, develop, test, document, and deploy integrations between Oracle Watchlist Screening and MaintainX, the PSET App Store, and BuildingConnected. The role will also help establish repeatable operational reporting and reduce duplicate or manual screening activities. Key Responsibilities • Design and implement daily batch-screening integrations. • Integrate MaintainX and PSET App Store workflows with Oracle Watchlist Screening. • Review and improve the existing BuildingConnected batch-screening process. • Define data-retrieval and Export Control Status update flows. • Reduce unnecessary or duplicate screening activity. • Develop daily and weekly operational reports. • Configure exception handling and operational controls. • Support testing, defect resolution, deployment, and post-deployment validation. • Create technical documentation, operational runbooks, and knowledge-transfer materials. • Communicate technical gaps, risks, dependencies, and progress to project stakeholders. Required Qualifications • Five or more years of software engineering or application integration experience. • Hands-on experience with Oracle Watchlist Screening or a similar screening platform. • Experience with Python, TypeScript, Java, or Node.js. • Experience working with REST or SOAP APIs. • Experience with application integrations, scheduled data processing, and batch workflows. • Strong testing, troubleshooting, and technical documentation skills. • Ability to work with engineering, product, operations, compliance, and application teams. Preferred Technical Experience • Salesforce or SFDC • Snowflake • Batch data processing and API integrations • Reporting and monitoring • Export control or compliance-related systems Expected Deliverables • Completed screening integrations for MaintainX and PSET App Store. • Improvements to the BuildingConnected screening workflow. • Documented data requirements and technical designs. • Daily and weekly screening reports. • Testing and production-validation evidence. • Operational runbooks and support documentation. • Knowledge transfer and documented handoff of outstanding items.

Design and implement batch-screening integrations between Oracle Watchlist Screening and platforms like MaintainX, PSET App Store, and BuildingConnected. Develop operational reports and technical documentation to reduce manual screening activities and improve compliance workflows.

Requires five or more years of software engineering or integration experience with proficiency in Python, TypeScript, Java, or Node.js. Candidates must have hands-on experience with REST/SOAP APIs and screening platforms, preferably Oracle Watchlist Screening.
