Job Description Provide HR coaching, guidance, and advice aligned with best practices, legislation, and company values Lead investigations and fact-finding on employee and labor relations issues Support managers and employees with performance management, development plans, and goal setting Act as a change agent to support critical business initiatives and lead effective change management efforts Manage the employee lifecycle, including orientation for new hires, exit interviews, and off-boarding Maintain accurate employee data in systems and coordinate with Payroll and IT on employee changes, new hires, and terminations Support the rollout of HR programs and initiatives that promote an inclusive and diverse culture Contribute to continuous improvements and best practices to influence HR strategies Qualifications 4+ years progressive experience in a Human Resources role in the healthcare industry Progressive experience in employee relations Experience working in a unionized environment required Post-secondary degree, diploma or certification in Human Resources Management CHRP in progress or completed an asset Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint, Word and Excel Previous experience with a HRIS & ATS Salary: $60,000 - $75,000. Compensation is based on experience
