Responsibilities Tasks Assign sales workers to duties Hire and train or arrange for training of staff Order merchandise Establish work schedules Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints and supply shortages Organize and maintain inventory Supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers

The supervisor is responsible for coordinating worker activities, managing inventory, and establishing work schedules. They also handle staff hiring, training, and the resolution of customer complaints and supply shortages.

Candidates must have a college or non-university certificate/diploma from a 1 to 2 year program. A minimum of 1 year to less than 2 years of relevant experience is required.
